Workforce Development Grant Program

Overview

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) was appropriated $5 million from the California Beverage Container Recycling Fund to support workforce development from AB179.  The goal of the Program is to provide employment and training opportunities for a new workforce to provide California Consumers with convenient opportunities to redeem California Redemption Value (CRV).
