Pursuant to its authority, CDSS enters into this Agreement with (Grantee) for the sole purpose to; 1) administer UUM legal services grant funding; 2) subgrant UUM legal services to eligible direct services grantees; 3) monitor reporting and invoicing; and 4) act as the UUM liaison for the designated subgrantees, which includes partnering with CDSS for performance management and addressing service needs.
