Tier 1, Cohort T
Overview
To equip California youth with knowledge and skills to live tobacco-, vape-, and nicotine-free by providing leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of school-based education, intervention, counseling, and youth development activities. The Tier 1, Cohort T Grant is available for a three-year period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. The grant award period is for three years; however, if funded, one Grant Award Notification (GAN) will be issued. County offices of education (COEs), school districts, direct-funded charter schools, and consortia of qualifying local educational agencies (LEAs) serving grades six through twelve (6–12) in California are eligible to apply if they meet the eligibility requirements.
