Overview
Create new parks, expand, or improve existing parks, to increase park access in under-served communities throughout California. To create new parks, expand, or improve existing parks: -Acquisition of land, pre-construction (design, permits etc) and construction costs are eligible. Projects in economically disadvantaged communities with a lack of parks are prioritized. Parks designed with community residents' ideas through community based planning and partnerships with health organizations are encouraged. No Match. The grant may pay for 100% of total project cost.
