Statewide Asylee Orientation
Overview
The virtual Statewide Asylee Orientation (SAO) would provide information for asylees through culturally and linguistically appropriate self-paced, evergreen, virtual online content. The learning modules would address four areas: eligibility for benefits (including cash, food, medical assistance, childcare, and housing and utilities); employment; social adjustment; and legal rights and responsibilities.
