Overview

The California State Library is accepting applications for a partner agency to work in collaboration with the State Library to provide a two-year online tutoring service program for all elementary and secondary school pupils through public libraries. The purpose of the project is to provide academic support for California students through their local public libraries, at no cost to the students or their families.
