Small Community Clean Water/Wastewater (SCWW) Funding

Overview

The purpose of wastewater planning funding is to provide low-interest loans, grants, and principal forgiveness to small disadvantaged communities for planning/design and construction of projects that restore and maintain water quality in the state. Office of Sustainable Water Solution (Office) was created within the State Water Resources Control Board to promote permanent and sustainable drinking water and wastewater treatment solutions to ensure effective and efficient provision of safe, clean, affordable, and reliable drinking water and wastewater treatment services.
