Overview

The RESEA CRTA grant’s purpose is to optimize the RESEA program to improve outcomes for claimants most likely to exhaust Unemployment Insurance (UI), leveraging the insights of local practitioners to co-design strategies for more effective implementation and coordination of services. Additionally, the grant will use the RESEA program as a case study for enacting systems change across the state workforce development system. The RESEA CRTA grant supports the assessment and development of strategies for improving the current service delivery approaches through a learning framework and a strong community of practice (CoP) with state and local leaders from the workforce development system.
