Proposition 64 Public Health and Safety Grant Program Cohort 2
Overview
The purpose of this grant program is to fund projects that assist with law enforcement efforts, fire protection efforts, or other local projects addressing public health and safety associated with the implementation of the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA). Eligible applicants must be local governments that have not banned both indoor and outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation, or retail sale of marijuana or marijuana products. Applicants must propose activities/strategies that fall within the four (4) Project Purpose Areas (PPAs) defined below.
