Overview

The purpose of the DF Program is to provide funding for physical facility and digital security enhancements to health care facilities providing abortion-related services and reproductive health care services throughout California that may be the target of violence and vandalism. The DF Program is to support health care facilities throughout California that offer abortion-related services and reproductive health care services and serve populations with key social vulnerability factors.
