Overview

Finance the new construction, rehabilitation, and acquisition of owner-occupied and rental units for agricultural workers, with a priority for lower income households. This NOFA provides grants, deferred-payment loans, or a combination thereof, for the construction and rehabilitation of housing for agricultural workers and their families.
