Overview
The purpose of the IIG Program is to promote infill housing development by providing financial assistance for Capital Improvement Projects that are an integral part of, or necessary to facilitate the development of, a Qualifying Infill Project or a Qualifying Infill Area. This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) will provide grants to for-profit or nonprofit developers, localities, or public agencies for Capital Improvement Projects in support of Qualifying Infill Projects (QIPs) or Qualifying Infill Areas (QIAs). To be eligible for funding, a Capital Improvement Project must be an integral part of, or necessary for the development of either a Qualifying Infill Project or housing designated within a Qualifying Infill Area.
