Overview

The goal of the Inclusive Early Education Expansion Program (IEEEP) grant is to increase access for young children birth to five years old in inclusive early care and education programs. It supports the inclusion of children with disabilities and exceptional needs, including children with severe disabilities, in early care and education settings pursuant to Part B and Part C of the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The CDE invites eligible local educational agencies (LEAs), which includes school districts, county offices of education (COEs), and charter schools, or a consortium of the aforementioned entities to apply for grant funding.
