Overview

This evolution informs the HRTP Resilient Workforce Program (RWP). HRTP RWP aims to achieve the HRTP Initiative's objectives by funding training partnerships that increase access to quality jobs for workers from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities and to create advancement for incumbent workers already employed by high road employers.
