All projects in this solicitation must benefit Gas IOU ratepayers.

Overview

The purpose of this solicitation is to fund technology development and demonstration of emissions mitigating technologies and gas-fired power generation technologies that can run efficiently on high blends of hydrogen in the fuel stream while mitigating greenhouse gas and oxides of nitrogen emissions. The purpose of this solicitation is to fund Renewable Energy and Advanced Generation projects that meet the following initiatives: · Developing and Demonstrating Hydrogen-based Power Generation Systems, from the 2021-2022 Gas Research & Development Budget Plan; and · Mitigate Criteria Air Pollutants in Hydrogen-Based Power Generation, from the pending 2022-2023 Gas Research & Development Budget Plan.
