Overview
This solicitation will fund projects to demonstrate innovative electric vehicle charging solutions for light-duty and medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and work to accelerate the successful commercial deployment of these solutions. This is a competitive grant solicitation. The California Energy Commission’s (CEC’s) Clean Transportation Program (formerly known as the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program) announces the availability of up to $7,500,000 in grant funds for projects that demonstrate transformative technology solutions and work to accelerate the successful commercial deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging for both light-duty and medium- and heavy-duty (MD/HD) applications.
