The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a third-party administrator (3PA) Grantee to implement a $40,000,000 commercial and industrial refrigeration-focused program. This is a competitive solicitation to select a 3PA Grantee. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pleased to announce the opening of a competitive grant solicitation for a third-party administrator (3PA) Grantee to implement the F-gas Reduction Incentive Program (FRIP).
