Overview

The purpose of the Equity and Special Populations (ESP) Technical Assistance (TA) and Evaluation Program Year (PY) 2021-22 initiative is to increase equity and employment opportunities for underserved populations by providing TA and evaluation services to the ESP PY 21-22 program awardees that will drive innovation and systems change. The TA and evaluation provider will assist with the design, development, and implementation of projects that accelerate employment and re-employment strategies for the English language learners, homeless and housing insecure, immigrants, justice-involved individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, young adults, and other target populations in geographic locations disproportionately impacted by the novel coronavirus-2019.
