Geography Applicants to the EMS Intermediary PY 22-23 must be organizations that possess the capacity, relationships, and expertise to create and implement EMT training curriculum across the state of California. The EMS pilot sites are located in or providing services to the following counties: Riverside, Contra Costa, Glenn, Butte, Colusa, San Bernardino, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Los Angeles, Ventura, Sacramento, San Diego, and Stanislaus.

Overview

The Intermediary will guide program awardees in the forthcoming EMS Corps Program SFP. The Intermediary will be responsible for identifying potential service areas, project partners, and to assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of Targeted EMS Corps program sites aimed to recruit, train, hire, and advance an ethnically and culturally inclusive health and human services workforce with improved diversity and higher wages.
