Overview

The intent of this Project Solicitation Package is to provide funding for public benefit in accordance with Section 12311 of the California Water Code for Multi-Benefit projects in the California Delta and parts of the Suisan Marsh. The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) invites eligible applicants to submit proposals as described in the Delta Levees Special Flood Control Projects Program’s (Special Projects Program) 2014 Guidelines for Providing Funding to Local Public Agencies (Special Projects Guidelines), dated June 18, 2014, and Addendum #1 to the Special Projects Guidelines, dated January 2019.
