Overview

The purpose of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) grant Program Year 2024-25 (PY 24-25) is to provide employment and training services to individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. This grant will also ensure that services provided to deaf and hard of hearing individuals are at least equal to services received to non-deaf and non-hard of hearing individuals. The Employment Development Department (EDD) Workforce Services Branch (WSB), announces the availability of $2.7 million of Wagner-Peyser 10 percent Governor's Discretionary funds through this Solicitation for Proposals (SFP) for the DHH grant opportunity for PY 24-25. This program provides deaf and hard of hearing individuals with enhanced services and training in select America’s Job Center of CaliforniaSM (AJCC) locations...
