Geography For the 2020 funds (DR-4558 and DR-4569), $41,086,865 will be made available for proposed developments in Santa Cruz County; $31,419,367 in Butte County; $30,210,930 in Napa, Solano and Sonoma Counties; $13,292,809 in Los Angeles and Fresno Counties; and $4,833,749 in Shasta and Siskiyou Counties. For the $26,699,371 in 2018 funds (DR-4407), the applicant's proposed development must be in one of the cities of Malibu, Agouras Hills, or Calabasas.

Overview

Provides loans to eligible entities seeking to develop affordable multifamily rental housing in the counties of Butte, Fresno, Los Angeles, Napa, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano, and Sonoma to aid in their recovery from the fire disasters that occurred in California in 2020, and in the cities of Malibu, Agoura Hills and Calabasas, pursuant to State CDBG-2018 Disaster Recovery Action Plan Non-Substantial Amendment Number 5.
