Overview

The CDBG-DR MHP 2023/2024 NOFA will provide about $137.8 million to private entities (including for-profit, limited profit, or nonprofit) and Tribal Entities seeking to build in the counties of Tuolumne, Tulare, San Benito, Monterey, San Diego and Santa Cruz to aid in their recovery from the flood disasters that occurred in California in 2023 and 2024, FEMA DR-4699 and DR-4758 The CDBG-DR MHP 2023/2024 NOFA provides low-interest loans to eligible entities seeking to develop new construction of affordable multifamily rental housing in the counties of Tuolumne, Tulare, San Benito, Monterey, San Diego and Santa Cruz to aid in their recovery from the fire flood that occurred in California in 2023-2024.
