Overview

Fund one public or private-nonprofit agency to ensure an African American/Black Statewide Coordinating Center (SCC) is fully functional through April 23, 2023. The California Department of Public Health, California Tobacco Control Program (CDPH/CTCP) is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of funding one (1) public, or private-nonprofit agency to ensure that an African American/Black Statewide Coordinating Center is fully functional through April 23, 2023 on par with the services provided by the Statewide Coordinating Centers that were funded by RFA 17-10593 Priority Population Coordinating Centers to serve the 1) Asian and Pacific Islander; 2) Hispanic/Latino; and 3) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) populations.
