Overview

Under this 2023 NOFA, approximately $19 million in federal funds for Community Development Block Grant will be made available. This is a limited NOFA. The Department will only accept applications from projects that remain on the waitlist established for Over-the-Counter projects after the 2019-2020 NOFA. Under this NOFA, CDBG funds are provided as grants to Non-Entitlement Units of Local Government for project applications for CDBG eligible activities that were waitlisted under the 2019-2020 Over-the-Counter waitlist.
