Overview

The California Air Resources Board's goal under the capture and control solicitation is to demonstrate that the commercially available capture and control technologies currently used by container vessels or new innovative technologies can continue to be adapted for use on oil tanker vessels at berth. The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) is soliciting applicants to develop, implement and administer a project for a capture and control system for oil tankers under the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives (FY 2019-20 Funding Plan).
