California Library Literacy Services New Program Application
Overview
California Library Literacy Services (CLLS) supports public libraries in offering no cost adult literacy services in their communities. CLLS programs help thousands of California adults improve their basic reading, writing, math and/or speaking skills, and provide additional programs to support families. The California State Library is accepting applications from public library jurisdictions that would like to join California Library Literacy Services (CLLS) as a new program, or as a program being readmitted after leaving CLLS.
