Overview

IBank’s California Lending for Energy and Environmental Needs (CLEEN) program provides low-cost direct public financing to local governments and nonprofits sponsored by public agencies to help meet the state’s goals for greenhouse gas reduction, water conservation, and environmental preservation The CLEEN Center offers two programs: the Statewide Energy Efficiency Program (SWEEP) and the Light Emitting Diode Street Lighting (LED) program.
