Overview

To combat senior isolation and to improve the health, safety, and well-being of vulnerable seniors and individuals with disabilities through safe access to vital services. The CDA seeks to support facilities in increasing the number of participants attending in-center services. This program will provide one-time COVID-19 mitigation and resilience grant funding to continue to help create safe and healthy person-centered environments. Prior to applying for funding, all potential applicants must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI). Funding will then be allocated based on the total number of LOIs received.
