The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Department of Social Services (CDSS) are pleased to announce the release of a joint Request for Applications (RFA) for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Launch Ready and Community Care Expansion (CCE) Program Capital Expansion Grant Funding.
