Overview

The AHSC Program funds land-use, housing, transportation, and land preservation projects to support infill and compact development that reduce greenhouse gas ("GHG") emissions. This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for approximately $750 million in funds from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The primary goal is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through projects implementing land-use, housing, and transportation to support infill and compact development, while supporting related and coordinated public policy objectives.
