Advanced Technology Demos and Pilots Third Party Administrator

Overview

The California Air Resources Board is soliciting a Grantee to implement and administer the Advanced Technology Demonstration and Pilot Project program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 with an option to renew for a new Grant Agreement for each of the following two years for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24. This competitive Solicitation is open to California-based public entities (e.g. public agencies, municipalities, counties, special districts), or California-based non-profit organizations with experience in administering large scale air pollution control projects. Specific requirements for the Grantee are described in this Solicitation and Sample Grant Agreement.
