21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) and After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Grant Program 2024-25
Overview
The purpose of the 21st Century High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Program is to support community learning centers for students in grades nine through twelve with academic enrichment opportunities and activities designed to complement students' regular academic program. An estimated $29 million in funding has been allocated for ASSETs Programs proposing to serve high school students in grades nine through twelve (Cohort 15), starting in state FY 2024–25. Applicants awarded an ASSETs grant will receive a five-year grant of up to $254,500 per year, per site, subject to semiannual attendance and other reporting requirements. Grant awards are contingent upon the availability of ASSETs Program federal funds authorized in the California State Budget
