Overview

This funding provides Loans and Grants to Local Public Entities and Nonprofits for Homeownership Development Projects, Self-Help Technical Assistance Projects, Mortgage Assistance Programs, Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Programs, ADU/JADU Programs, Shared Housing Programs and Programs for the Acquisition of Manufactured Housing for Agricultural Households. The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD or Department) is pleased to announce the release of this Homeownership Super Notice of Funding Availability (HOSN or Super NOFA) for approximately $160.7 million, which may be augmented based on the availability of funds.
