Overview

The intended outcomes from this grant opportunity are as follows:Create approximately 150 new units of affordable rental housingCreate approximately 25 new affordable single family homes for purchase Assist with the purchase or rehabilitation of approximately 250 affordable single-family residencesProvide approximately 24 months of rental assistance to 300 low-income households. The HOME Program is intended to fund a variety of projects and programs. Applicants can include Cities, Counties, Tribal Entities or Tribally Designated Housing Authorities, Community Housing Development Organizations, and other Developers.
