Overview
The purpose of the FE Program is to support emerging Family Justice Centers (FJCs) to meet the criteria defined in California Penal Code § 13750. The 2021-22 California State Budget designated $10,000,000 of General Funds for a one-time program for grants to FJCs, $1,100,000 of which will be distributed competitively. The California Penal Code § 13750 defines FJCs. The purpose of the FE Program is to support emerging FJCs to meet the criteria defined in California Penal Code § 13750.
